1. CATTLE
FEEDING
This
plays an important role in the quality and the characteristics of the
milk. We recommend our producers feed their herd on grass, hay, a second
crop of hay and grain. Here we can see cows in free stalling eating hay.
2. MILKING
Milking is carried out twice a day, at around 5 a.m. and 5 p.m. The animals
are taken to the milking room which has several stations. Each milking
machine is disinfected before use. On this farm, the milk is piped directly
to the production vat.
